An Introduction to Cognitive Tapping Technique and Energy Connections similar to that of Emotional Freedom Techniques - an Energy Psychology

Cognitive Tapping Technique (CTT) is an Energy Psychology and similar to Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT*) which is based on a new discovery that provides relief from pain, diseases and emotional issues. It is an emotional version of acupuncture but without the needles! Instead you stimulate well established energy meridian points on your body by tapping on them with your fingertips - As seen on recent TV programmes.
It is a powerful therapeutic tool which uses the same basic procedure for any issues you may have from fear of public speaking or flying to improving your golf score or relieving pain, the results of which can be fast and are generally lasting. Not only can it quickly help reduce stress and anxiety it also helps with strong emotions such as fear, anger, shame, guilt and sadness, enabling you to think clearly and objectively and see a way forward.
During this informative day you will learn and experience EFT* and learn about our energetic connection. You can then use the technique to help you with the above and more!
The technique is easy to learn and is suitable for all and you will have some fun too!.

Important note: *EFT is a registered trade mark and the course content that refers to EFT is not the official version of EFT but my version of the technique which is included in Cognitive Tapping Technique (CTT). The official EFT can be found at www.emofree.com.
While EFT* has produced remarkable clinical results, it must still be considered to be in the experimental stage and thus practitioners and the public must take complete responsibility for their use of it. Further, Gary Craig is not a licensed health professional and offers EFT as an ordained minister and as a personal performance coach. Please consult qualified health practitioners regarding your use of EFT.
