New Year Retreat weekend - An invitation to refresh, review, reconnect and refocus for the New Year, a time to get Inspired about your Life!
The New Year has always been about clearing out the old and engaging in what we feel the future has in store for us. It is a time to take stock of where we are in life and then to create and focus where we want to be or what we want to do in the year to come.
This weekend allows you to make some changes from letting go of some of the old ways to engaging in the new. It is also about making new friends, exploring your life’s journey and what it is you would truly like to engage in.
This retreat weekend is a journey to see and experience your true Inner SELF from the heart. It is a time that will Inspire, a time to allow the real you to show, a time for transformation, a time to shine and have fun. It is a weekend of conversations, connections, companionship, enlightened moments, investigation and fun in a supportive and loving environment with like-hearted lovely people.
During our time together you will:

We meet together at 7pm for a buffet dinner on the Friday evening and begin your Journey after the meal. We finish the weekend on Sunday afternoon and leave for home at 4pm. This event is facilitated by Roy Martin with a small experienced team.

Venue: 2nd to 4th January 2009 at the Nightingale Centre, Great Hucklow, Derbyshire. Includes all meals, accommodation and sessions over the weekend. We meet together at 7pm on the Friday evening and leave for home at 4pm on the Sunday.
